Family Day Un-Plugged & We could win a PIZZA PARTY!

Dear Parents,

On Thursday we had two visitors come from the Town to talk to our class about activities going on at the Arena (free skating) and at the Community Centre many fun activities for Family day.  As well, your child brought home a page with information from the Town of Devon about spending Family Day doing things with your family that do not involved being "plugged in to technology". I am encouraging you to look at that brochure and take advantage of some of the activities put on by the Town of Devon.  There are also ideas about things you can do "unplugged" at home. 

And, I would love it if you would fill in the part on the brochure that records total hours your family spent "unplugged" on Monday and send it to school on Tuesday.  The class with the greatest total wins a PIZZA PARTY! That would be awesome for us!  Some one from the Town will be picking up the numbers on Tuesday, so please send them in. I hope you have a great family day!
